I will admit to saying that diving is not something I have fancied before. Diving was not only something that I never really fancied doing before but was also something I thought to be boring and very risky and dangerous but something happened when I purchased all of the James Bond collection on DVD a few months ago, now I had seen all of them before but it was not until watching them through again that you realise just how much of a part diving took part in the movies and it got me thinking aboutscuba diving holidays after all.
The Moments That Made Me Change My Mind?
The moment or film as I should put it that really changed my mind on all of this was Thunderball, one of the many in which Sean Connery was in. A lot of this film was featured underwater and despite actually most of it being filmed in a studio I was still very much interested in believing that going on a real dive would be something that was well worth my time which would really be great.
one of the really good thing about going diving whilst not being James Bond is that you do not have to take on killer sharks or of course a gang of underwater assassin with harpoon guns, this is always a good thing and will certainly help you out a lot. the great thing is I then went to find a place where diving lessons occurred and booked myself a nice little lesson. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it, in fact so much that I went forward and booked some shark diving out in those Maldives diving locations.
Mr Bond has given me a great new hobby to go out and enjoy and I will keeping doing this more and more which is great and I cannot believe the movie franchise has allowed me to do something like this!
