I was able to score a voice over audition and this is how I was able to do it. If you know someone in voice over or in the entertainment industry, I would suggest that your befriend them and maybe they can be your mentor. Next you should learn as much as you can from that person and from their mistakes.

Once you get a voiceover casting call, you can get the ball rolling. You want to make sure you fill out the form accurately so that you get a list in your city and not someone else’s.

As a former casting director, I’ll give you the inside scoop all about voice over auditions. The first thing you need to know is that doing voiceovers isn’t just a simple piece of cake. In order to reach a higher potential, you’ll need to constantly challenge yourself and improve. You need to maintain a clear head and have a good attitude at a voice over casting call 

Now that you got the skill set part handled, you need to be able to find these voiceover auditions. There is a trick to this and it’s to network and meet as many people as you can. Don’t be scared to ask for help. You can even read about it in bookstores and get better at networking.

Know that you try and find an audition for nickelodeon and win big. Put in your city so that you know where the auditions are located.
