Despite it’s reputation as an ‘easy’ raid, having a solid Naxxramas strategy is important if you want to roll through this raid quickly. You will definitely have problems if you don’t know what you’re doing here.
I never came up with a coherent Naxxramas strategy on my own, but that’s ok. Instead of doing all the hard work myself, I learned the secret to beating Naxx and all the other new raids and instances. Would you like to know how I did it?
The solution to your Naxxramas strategy problem is to copy the strategy of someone who already owns this raid. I learned from T Dub Sanders, one of the top WoW players.

A particularly good thing about the Naxxramas strategy section is that it is totally up to date. Older guides tell you that you need to stock up on gear with high resistances if you’re going to succeed here. But that advice is now obsolete, and T Dub tells you why that’s so and makes sure you know what’s needed now.
Important: If you want to get all the achievements in this raid you really need to heed the advice on Resistance gear. It is not only unneeded, but choosing that kind of gear will actually prevent you from getting some of the achievements!
