Skype is still as service that not too many people are using and in actual fact you are missing out on something that is awesome. You can make free calls to anyone else who is using the service which is simply amazing when you think about it. On top of this you can have video chat with people and instant message them for no extra costs, so for free. On top of this you can call people without Skype for a very cheap price.
In the end it is up to you, get one of those premium rate phone numbers or look into getting Skype for free!
