Farm Cash and Farm Coins

Farm Coins and Farm Cash are the two types of currency in Farmville. Farm Cash is a rather new feature of the game. It allows the farmer to collect special items. For example, during the Alien Invasion, the Flying Saucer was only buyable with Farm Cash. Buildings like the Groovy Barn, Pagoda and Tree House all require that you save up your Farm Cash or purchase more on your account.

Extra Coins and Cash can be bought with actual cash through a credit card or Paypal. Farmville accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. It is not that hard to acquire coins. Thus, I strongly recommend using your money on Farm Cash.

Coins

Coins are the common currency that you will deal with most of the time. You need Farm Coins when you plow, plant and purchase certain items for your farm. Your harvests are all in coins; when you get milk from a cow, you receive coins into your account balance at the top left of your screen. It is the same for trees; when you harvest an orange tree, you don’t receive oranges, you get coins. Keeping an eye on your coin balance will assist you in choosing what crops to grow. There are times when you have to select between growing a whole field of a inexpensive crop or planting just a couple of squares of an expensive crop. Always keep a calculator handy and figure out which specific crop is yielding you the mostprofit for the least cost.

Farm Cash

Farm cash is added on your account at the rate of 1 a day, so DON’T SPEND YOUR FARM CASH ON ANYTHING YOU CAN BUY WITH COINS!!! . Always think wisely before spending your FarmCash. There are rare farmville animals during events, fuel for your vehicles, special buildings—a lot of things that can only be bought with Farm cash. Spend your Farm Cash if you are absolutely certain that you need an item!!!  Use your Farm Cash for rare objects during special ocassions which will help you build your collection of rare items. Unique animals such as the Baby Turkey which appeared during the Thanksgiving (although there is a Wild Turkey also available during this event as a Lost Animal) and decorations only offered during that event are examples of wise purchases. Getting exclusive objects will help you show your own character.

When it comes to purchasing vehicles such as a tractor or seeder, always make sure that you’re willing to handle the cost of fuel. A vehicle needs to be gassed up in order to run, otherwise it will be just a decoration which takes up space. You need to think about using your real cash to purchase Farm Cash if you want a large farm with a lot of vehicles.

In Farmville, there are three main categories of crops: Animals, Trees, and Regular Crops.  For more information about Trees subject click Farmville Trees.

Trees in Facebook’s Farmville

February 8th, 2010 by admin | No Comments | Filed in copy playstation games

There are 3 basic groups Farmville crops: Animals, Trees, and Regular Crops which you need to plant. This particular article only deals with trees. If you would like to obtain further information about the other two crops, visit their respective articles.

The trees do not rot unlike the seed crops which rot. A tree will grow up if you place it on your farm. You don’t have to harvest the tree immediately, you can harvest whenever you feel like it. You can use the trees as decorations to beautify your farm. Trees only receive a small profit, making it one of the drawbacks of growing trees. A tree can be bought for 400 coins, and you will only make approximately 20-80 coins for very harvest. You can simply wait til you get trees as gifts from other people. As an alternative, you can ask for a certain tree that is available via the free gift system by putting a sign post on your farm.Furthermore bear in mind that trees take many days to grow up.  You will not earn a lot just by growing trees.

When you’re selecting your trees, take a moment to reflect on your Farmville goals. Are you playing this game to see just how many coins you can make in a very short time? Do not grow trees if that is your goal. Plant berries instead and watch your balance increase greatly. They’re an excellent option if you’re going to use the trees for decorative purposes and you if you are not in a rush to earn coins.

Farmers who leave Farmville for extended periods of time and then come back to it (e.g. a few days or weeks) will also like trees and animals. Both trees and animals can patiently wait to be harvested—seed crops can’t. Planning wisely will save you time as you never have to delete a whole farm of rotten plants!
