Tom Cruise’s Lap In Top Gear Series 15

In the recent top gear episode of series 15 featured Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. Like all the previous celebrities featured in Top Gear they had to do a lap too. It has now become more of a tradition since it started. And celebrities have started to get more competitive now. This car reviews program no doubt is one of the most seen programs in the United Kingdom or even the World. This is one show where celebrity can drive without fear and have a fantastic time with the hosts.

In this episode both Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise had a go at beating the fastest time on the leader board. Before Tom and Cameron got in the car the leader board had Rupert Grint at the top. First to go was Cameron Diaz who did a smooth turn on the hardest turn of the lap, which they call the hammer. But while watching that video I figured out that she does swear quite a bit and doesn’t like the gears one bit. after the lap she became the fastest on the leader board after a lap time of 1 minute 45 seconds and 2 milliseconds. While she had a helmet on Jeremy Clarkson quoted, she still looks beautiful with a helmet on.

Then it was the top gun start Cruise, who started well. He had few gear problems but then he got used to it. At the end of the lap he even drove the car in two wheels as the left hand side of the car in the air. Jokingly Jeremy mentioned I am glad you are alive after that trick. It was great to see Tom Cruise give his all to this lap. Then came the moment to find out how he did, his lap time was 1 min 44 secs and 2 milliseconds, a second faster than Cameron who is now in second position.

It’s awesome to watch top celebrities who are use to driving fasts and big cars, drive small cars like Alfa Romeo cars or Volkswagen cars and ford cars.

I Would Love To Sit In One Of These

March 16th, 2010 by admin | No Comments | Filed in copy dvds

Sure we can go out and drive contract hire cars but what if we could drive or even ride in one of these vehicles, wouldn’t it be the experience of a lifetime?

v

it is actually still possible to get in one of these cars and drive it around although I am not sure you are going to be able to travel in time. This is the main reason that this car is one of the most sought after cars ever. There are only around 4500 of these left in the world that work, I would surely love to have one of them.

Hogwarts Express

This is on the list simply because if you are riding on the express it means you are on your way to Hogwarts! The only downside is that you have to be a wizard to be invited to the school. The vehicle is one of the most iconic when it comes to the Harry Potter series along with a broomstick and of course the flying car from the chamber of secrets.

Batmobile

the reason that this one is on the list is because there are essentially many cars in one here, there have been so many variations. I would personally love to drive the original from the series because it would be a nostalgic thing for me but id certainly settle for the D    ark Knight one.

I really do wish that I had the money to be able to drive one of these, it would be pretty awesome. I was luckily enough to see the DeLorean from Back To The Future, well one of them in Universal Studios Florida a few years ago but it has since moved on when the Simpsons ride kicked in. Damn you Simpsons!

If your driving is as bad as Batman’s look out for bad credit car leasing and gap insurance.

Forza 3 Rocks

December 25th, 2009 by admin | No Comments | Filed in copy playstation games

Forza 3 was released in October and it seems fitting to start to talk about why this game is so good and what made it so.

Forza 3 is the higly anticipated follow up to the Forza games and features way over 400 cars from over 50 manufactures as well as having 100 tracks. The car detail in this game has been heavily improved upon with 10 times more polygons been put into each one since Forza 2.

The New Bits

Apart from the obvious boost in the graphics and the amount of cars that are now in the game, there have been other parts added also. The in car driving view is something that has been wanted in this game since the first Forza and is something that I am using a lot. Another great thing is the fact that you can have one button assisted driving and full vehicle rollover with heavy details on the undercarriages. Real simulation drifting and SUVs have been added into the series too. It is quite possible that you can paint all of the cars in the game to your very own design as well as upload them onto the Forza site.

The game actually comes within two discs but do not worry you never have to change them over. The second disc is there for the reason of keeping 104 cars on it and a few extra tracks all which once installed are held on the console. The season itself has had some major improvements added to it in the form of a personal calender that you get to organise yourself and over 200 events are playable including oval, circuit, drift, drag and timed events. Apprently no two calenders will ever be the same.

In reality a car does not always have to be expensive, Honda Car Lease can be a good way to do things.  This can also be done in the form of Audi leasing as well as leasing vans.
