WoW Warlock Guide

The Warlock powers make them one of the most unique classes and give them some interesting ways of dispatching enemies. In this WoW Warlock guide I’ll introduce some of their defining attributes and weaknesses.

Warlocks get their abilities from dark fel magic like Shadow or Fire magic. Warlocks use this power to kill enemies in comflict in the most grusome ways. These powers don’t kill enemies quickly but instead prolong suffering as much as possible. Their abilities go beyond just killing. Warlocks have a cool ability which allows them to summon players through portals from distant places in the world. I’ll give you a rundown of some other abilities below. • A cool thing they can do is call on minions to give them an edge in battle. Having to go after multiple targets and control your minion at once is one of the hardest things about being a Warlock. The first minion you’ll be able to summon are known as the Imp and will allow you to cause more damage and help you live through battle. To help you when your the tank summon the Voidwalker minion after level 10. As you level you’ll get access to more of these minions.
• As I mentioned, Warlocks can also protect with their magic. To heal friends the Warlock can create what are know as Healthstones.
• Warlock can also get a demon mount called the Felsteed at level 30 and the Dreadsteed at level 60.
• One last thing is their ability to drain the very life from enemies in order to restore their own health.

Heres a list of some of their disadvantages.

• One is that they’re limited in choice of armor to cloth.
• Second is that they have little Melee capability.

One thing to know is that many of the spells I’ve mention require “Soul Shards”. Learning how to make and use these effectivly can be a little hard.

Warlock have almost no healin skill at all. For this reason you may want to have a profession like Herbalism which will give you some additional healing skills. But they can use Soulstones to resurrect fallen friends before they die.
