World of Warcraft - Death Knight Leveling Guide

Few tanks are feared more than the Death Knight.  This class can be great for players that are looking for something new, or wish to start fresh on a new server, as the Death Knight begins that game a level 55.  It is recommended that new players first take a chance to experience the game with a character that begins at level 1 before jumping into this class.
Death knights come in two categories; the DPS and the can tank. DPS basically has two options to choose from in the talent section: Unholy and Blood. Blood offers a good option since its DPS is high, providing you with the advantage of getting your damage in health. This further lowers the down-time of the fight classes, thus making it difficult for healers to heal you frequently.
Unholy Death Knights don’t have to heal very often because they usually have help with them in the form of zombies.  This zombie can be cast on creatures once they are killed and are great companions to a Death Knight.  If the talent specialization is done correctly, this zombie can be present nearly all of the time.
As a tank, Death Knights are the most deadly and difficult to take down in player versus player content.  They are much different than all of the other tanks – particularly Warriors and Paladins.  Much like the class of a Druid, Death Knights do not use shields.  Instead, they prefer two handed weapons that they are able to instill unique buffs onto through the use of their runic power.  They also have the ability to dual wield if they choose.
Death Knights also have many forms of damage mitigation, which particularly becomes useful when battling multiple enemies at a time.  They do not use rage or mana, but rather have a unique system called runic power.
Runes, at first, will feel very new and might be difficult to understand.  In order to use any skill, you will need the associated runes to use it.  The major runes are made up of unholy, blood and frost – all of which can be used in several different combinations to perform the skills you need to.  Some of the runes, like frost and unholy, can be used to make death runes, which is considered to be both when it comes time for them to be used on skills.  This may seem confusing at first, but experimenting with several combinations will provide you a personalized style of game play.
Be careful as you jump into the class of a Death Knight.  They are very unique, and will take some time to get accustomed to – no other class in World of Warcraft has the same play style as the Death Knight.

Warlock PvP Secrets - The Basics

But without a thorough understanding of your character’s strengths and weaknesses in PvP combat, your ultimate success will be limited. Since this is so important, let’s examine your Warlock’s strengths and weaknesses in PvP combat.

Warlock PvP Strengths

I can tell you from personal experience that Warlocks can be a nightmare to go against in Player versus Player. Your character’s greatest strengths are your DoT (Damage over Time) spells, and your ability to Fear your enemies. In plain English, your character’s strength is the way they can cast spells that do damage over time on an opponent, then cause the victim to run around out of control as they die.

A second major strength of your Warlock is the Felhunter. Trained specifically to fight spell casters, these fierce beasts will ruin an opposing caster’s day for sure.

Warlock PvP Weaknesses

Unfortunately for you, your character does also have weaknesses in Player versus Player combat. Mages (and others) can break your Fear spells and counter your Damage over Time attacks. When going up against these annoying vermin, you’ll need to have some direct damage types of spells. You’ll burn up lots of mana fighting these guys, so a spell like Life Tap will prevent you from running out of mana before your foe does. If you run out of mana, you’re dead.

We’ve covered the basic Warlock PvP strengths and weaknesses. This is a great foundation, but you’re going to need to learn a lot more if you really want to dominate PvP. Once you do this for a while you should easily be able to save up enough money to improve you ship. Do not spend all your money on this, as you are going to want to upgrade from the base ship as soon as possible. Once you start down this path you will have the basics of the game and should be able to easily grow your wealth and items from there.

There is a rich and deep world out there to explore in Dark Orbit.

Most online multiplayer games are not free, and the ones that are usually not this well developed. For the hardcore gamer, this is one of the best gaming that can be found. The graphics may not blow you away, but the simple game play and missions make this game one of the easiest to simply pick up and run with.

You can play the game through any browser, although it is recommended that you use either the newest version of either Internet Explorer or Firefox. Slowly this group grew bigger and bigger as I become more involved in the game. Now it is the primary game that I play, and most amazingly it is by far the least expensive. If at first you are not totally into the game give it some time, Dark Orbit will definitely grow on you.

World of Warcraft - The Warlock’s Guide

Warlocks are best known for their shadow magic and fire magic spells and especially for the ability to conjure and control demonic minions. They are skilled necromancers that deal in anguish and torment. Though warlocks can’t go head to head in a melee fight, they more than make up for that by casting high damage spells from a distance. Exclusive to the warlock class are soul shards, which are consumed by certain spells and must be obtained from defeated mobs. Warlocks are a breeze to level up in a hurry since they’re incredibly self sufficient when playing solo. They are usually among the best damage dispensing classes when in a party.

The only races allowed to become warlocks are Blood Elves, Humans, Undead, Gnomes, and Orcs. The single kind of armor a warlock can use is cloth. Weapon-wise, they are restricted to only using staves, daggers, wands, and some swords.

Warlocks are best known for their ability to summon and control a variety of demonic minions including Doomguards, Felguards, Felhunters, Imps, Infernals, Succubi, and Voidwalkers. All of the minions can be useful, but you’ll have to weigh the strong suits of using each of them based on the job at hand. Warlocks have a wide array of spells at their command including DoT’s, direct damage spells (DD’s), and many utility spells. Soul shards may be expended for conjuring items and even for resurrecting other dead teammates. They can self heal via life tap or drain life They also possess some crowd control spells (CC’s) such as fear or howl of terror. One of the commonly overlooked advantages that warlocks have is that they don’t need to pay nearly as much as other classes do to acquire their mounts (Felsteed and Dreadsteed).

The Affliction talent tree uses talents that are designed to bolster the warlock’s DoT’s, drains, and curses. This talent tree works great for farming, boss killing, and raiding. Affliction is definitely the spec to take if you’re trying to power-level a warlock as quickly as possible.

The Demonology talent tree is geared toward creating more lethal demon minions and enhancing your conjuration spells. This is a great specialization for PvP, leveling, and overall survivability. You’ll be heavily dependant on your demons when using this spec.

The Destruction spec boosts the direct damage output of both your shadow and fire line of magic. Your warlock will do massive amounts of damage, but you’ll have lower survivability. This talent tree is difficult to use at lower levels and is more often played once players get to higher levels. Be aware that this spec isn’t so great for soloing. Also, it suffers from poor mana efficiency and comes with a heavy dependency on soul shards. However, it is really cool watching health bars go to zero at lightning speed.
